We are a fully distributed team and we try to observe local National holidays. Of course, we also encourage our team to use unlimted PTO to celebrate any day(s) special to them!

As we currently have Airbyters in 11 countries, we rely on our international team to help us identify and celebrate local holidays on a per country basis. We ask our team to give their team & manager a heads up, and add their OOO time to the calendar.
