We believe that building great teams happens both in and outside of the day-to-day work. That's why we prioritize opportunities for our teams to connect in person and strengthen the relationships that help us move quickly together. We bring the entire company together once each year for an all-company event. Throughout the year, teams may also organize additional offsites, team events, or social gatherings as they make sense for their work and goals.
